报告题目：Synthetic Biology and Metabolic Engineering of Yeast
报告人简介：
Yun Chen is a Docent (Associate professor) of Systems Metabolic Engineering and holds a position as Group Leader at Chalmers University of Technology,Sweden. He has a broad experience in metabolic engineering,synthetic and systems biology. His research focus is on reprogramming cellular metabolism to build novel cell factories for production of biochemicals,fuels and pharmaceuticals to address societal challenges. He has co-authored more than 70 peer reviewed papers on prestigious journal such as Nature Catalysis,Nature Metabolism,Nature Communications,PNAS with >6000 citations and is co-inventor of 6 patents. He was honored several awards includes Outstanding Award for Young Scientist,and the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.
